FUNDRAISING INITIATIVES
There are a variety of ways you can help us raise funds
to support NAPRHSW's activities in the community.
Our two major fundraisers each year are:
The Moonlight Sail — held in June/July each year. The ship sails out of the Bay Shore Marina and circles Long Island’s Great South Bay. Delicious Latino food is served and great Latin music is played, as well as networking and dancing throughought the evening. |
The Annual Scholarship Dinner / Dance — held in November each year at various locations. Our focus is to recognize a member of our Association that has contributed his/her time and energies to the Association and the community. We also honor a community leader or a humanitarian. It is always a pleasure to be able to award several scholarships to Hispanic students enrolled in undergraduate or graduate programs in the Schools of Social Welfare. NAPRHSW also holds minor programs in order to raise funds for our Annual Scholarships. Anyone wishing to donate monies toward our annual scholarships can forward a check to:
