| CLINICAL MANAGER - ENHANCED CARE CLINIC | JOB SUMMARY: Manages the daily clinical operations of an enhanced care clinic location which provides psychotherapeutic services to children, adolescents, adults and families. Is a member of a clinical team of psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, nurses and child developmental specialists. Provides clinical supervision to clinicians.
RESPONSIBILTIES: Provides primary or secondary supervision of clinicians in the enhanced care clinic (ECC) in regard to diagnosis, treatment planning and implementation of services. Interfaces with Call Center staff. Provides some direct services to children and their families which include: assessment and engagement, formulation and contracting for services or treatment plan, implementation of treatment plan, modifying it as appropriate during the course of treatment and community support, discharge planning, which may include plans for follow-up treatment and/or linkages to community support services and case management. Works as a team member with other clinical and administrative staff to respond to client and programmatic needs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master's level social work candidate or Doctorate level candidate in clinical psychology.
- Licensed from the State of Connecticut.
- Advanced psycho-therapeutic skills, diagnostic expertise, clinical supervisory experience, management and administrative skills and experience.
